Four Organizations Named 2018 Prism Award Finalists
Four organizations representing diverse industry sectors are finalists for ICF’s 2018 International Prism Award:
- Airbus (nominated by Brian Chaloner, PCC)
- Co-operative Bank of Kenya (nominated by Eileen Laskar, MCC)
- Ireland’s Health Service Executive (nominated by Irene Harris, ACC)
- University of British Columbia (nominated by Donna Howes, PCC)
ICF’s CEO/Executive Director, Magda Mook, and 2018 Global Board Chair, Tracy Sinclair, PCC, will announce the winner of this year’s award September 26, 2018, at the Human Capital Institute’s Learning and Leadership Development Conference in Chicago, Illinois, USA.
Since 2005, the International Prism Award has honored businesses and organizations with coaching programs that fulfill rigorous professional standards, address key strategic goals, shape organizational culture and yield discernible and measurable positive impacts.
2018 marked a new milestone for the Prism program, as every nominated organization reviewed by the Prism panel of judges met ICF and HCI’s rigorous criteria for a strong coaching culture.
