The International Coaching Federation (ICF):

• Develops and advances the art, science and practice of professional coaching worldwide
• Advances and advocates for the interests of professional coaches and coaching worldwide
• Develops and implements strategies and direction for the ICFGE and its nonprofit member organizations as well as the field of professional coaching worldwide
• Carries on programs and conferences that advance the interests, education and training of professional coaches and that enhance the impact of coaching worldwide
• Preserves and advances the organization’s brand and relationships with member organizations and key stakeholders worldwide
• Oversees and coordinates ICF’s nonprofit member organizations worldwide

ICF operates as a membership organization. Its members include the six family organizations.

ICF Global Board Chair
Dumi is an executive coach, coach-trainer and leadership skill development facilitator. He is a founding board member of Africa Board for Coaching, Consulting and Coaching Psychology (ABCCCP), an association promoting coaching development across Africa, and the 2016 African Coach of the Year. He co-founded and chaired the Ubuntu Coaching Foundation (UCF) at The Coaching Centre (TCC) to help poor communities access affordable coaching. Dumi serves on multiple coach-development faculties globally, including the Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI).

Cheryl, an award-winning PR and business strategist, is currently an executive coach and associate director for EY’s Americas Coaching Practice. For over 40 years, she has worked with executives and Fortune 100 companies — as an executive for DePaul University, Home Box Office (HBO), and Nielsen Marketing Research; and as a consultant, leading her firm A Step Ahead, she has worked with Coca-Cola, Nissan, Allstate, McDonald’s, and McCain Foods. She holds multiple degrees including a master’s in Leadership and Change Management from DePaul University.

Kara is on a mission to help more people do more good in the world. She recently published Be the Change(maker), a book based on her research about those who make a difference. She’s been a leadership coach since 2005, a volunteer leader with ICF since 2008, and a mom of teenagers since 2017. She’s a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute and has a master’s degree in adult and continuing education and a bachelor’s degree in psychology. 

Pat Mathews, MCC (USA)
Pat is dedicated to supporting leaders as they build productive partnerships, teams, and workplaces. She served as the program director of the Georgetown University Executive Coaching Program and as a founding member of the Georgetown University Institute for Transformational Leadership. She has coached and supported leaders in corporate, government, and nonprofit sectors. She is the co-author of the highly acclaimed book Professional Coaching Competencies: The Complete Guide and is a contributing author to On Becoming a Leadership Coach.

Joydeep is the managing director and Group CHRO for Olam International Limited, which he joined in 2003 during its startup stage to set up the Human Resources function. Over the years, he has played a key role in the expansion of Olam, growing from a privately held company with 2,500 employees to a publicly listed company with more than 40,000 employees. Headquartered in Singapore, Olam is a leading food and agri-business that supplies food, ingredients, feed and fiber to 25,200 customers worldwide. 

Maria Inés Colle, MCC (Argentina)

Inés is an executive coach with more than 15 years’ experience empowering leaders and organizations to achieve their goals and evolve. While based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, she has worked globally since 2014. Her corporate background includes management positions in marketing and HR, and she has integrated this experience into her practice as an external coach, trainer and coaching supervisor. An active member in her local ICF charter chapter for 10 years, Inès has contributed to several committees.

Tonya has over 27 years of experience in corporate management, digital and traditional media, technology, and finance and works with organizations across a variety of industries and Fortune 500 companies. Lynda has a passion to help mission-driven leaders, teams and organizations achieve their goals by bringing out the best in people. As the director general of MAVA — a family philanthropic foundation focused on biodiversity conservation — Lynda leads the development and implementation of its strategy, working closely with the founding family. Pamela is an action-oriented executive coach, master facilitator and consultant, with expertise in leadership and business. Iftikhar is the director of organizational excellence at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. He is responsible for developing and delivering high-impact leadership programs at all organizational levels. He previously adopted coaching as a strategic executive and leadership development engagement, which led to measurables results. Iftikhar has managed large-scale change and transformation programs in various organizations, including higher education, petrochemicals and trading enterprises. He has a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in industrial engineering and a doctorate in applied psychology.

Preeti is vice president and global head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and LeaD Academy for Tata Consultancy Services, a global IT services and consultancy company. In her role, she devises lasting and impactful strategies and spearheads large-scale global leadership and coaching programs that deliver high-value business outcomes. She serves as chairperson of the Diversity Inclusion Working Group on Gender Parity for the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and is a member of the International Society of Female Professionals.

Sasa is a sales lead at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, He manages a broad territory, including 87 countries across Europe, Africa and Asia. Sasa is a people leader who drives several big internal transformational projects. He is an internal volunteer coach, an associate facilitator for coaching and leadership trainings, and one of the leaders of the HPE Coaching Network. He has a Master of Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in computer science.

Heather is the managing director leading Deloitte’s DEI Institute. Heather has a long-standing passion for equity and belonging; she is committed to the collaboration and collective actions necessary to advance successful diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts in the workforce, marketplace, and society. Charles is currently the president and managing director of Special Olympics International, Africa Region. He oversees program operations and governance in Special Olympics in the Africa region, providing strategic direction and leadership development to accredited country boards of directors. His many accomplishments include receiving the Namibian National Sports Administrator award from the National Sports Commission. In 2021, he was awarded the highest sports honor in Namibia by the Sports Commission, the Lifetime Award, which is equivalent to being inducted into the Hall of Fame.

Secretary 
Rashmi coaches chief experience officers (CXO) and senior leaders with her framework of VOICE and helps enhance their vocal presence. She is the founder and director of The Third Eye, as well as an international and national award-winning broadcaster and podcaster. Her weekly human library audio podcast “U n’ I with Rashmi Shetty” won the Hubhopper Best Interview Podcast award in India in September 2022. She was recently selected as a top creator in India by LinkedIn for its Creator Accelerator Program. The Bhagavad Gita is her inspiration.

Jeff is passionate about giving back and creating ways for coaches to give their service to those who are underprivileged. He is an executive leadership coach and facilitator. Jeff holds several certifications including Certified Master Performance Coach and Certified Coach with Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder-Centered Coaching. As he found purpose and passion in coaching, he has committed time and served as vice president (2016-2018), president (2018-2020), and immediate past president of the ICF Malaysia Chapter, promoting coaching awareness and mentoring new coaches.

Wang believes everybody desires to be a better person and contribute to what they believe in. When people improve, a better society is built. The change must start with ourselves but is not limited to us. This gives good reason to join efforts that help more people access coaching. Over her 30-year career, she has acquired diverse experience in themes and positions, such as project manager, market access manager and accountant. Currently, Wang is an executive and career coach, as well as founder of 4Coach. 

Rania Laing, PCC, FCIM (UAE) 
Rania’s vision is for leaders and organizations to thrive through social impact in communities. She believes in a collaborative approach when working with partners and clients to deliver tangible results. Rania has over 25 years of experience across a broad range of industries. She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Hult Ashridge EF executive coach. She also is the founder and CEO of Your Neuro Coach Consultancy and Purposeful Innovators, a nonprofit, and the former president of ICF UAE Chapter.

José Piñero, ACC (USA)
José is co-founder and chief mentor at The Cultivation Company, a diversity consulting firm focusing on empowering women and minorities. His firm coaches women and minority professionals at a variety of companies, including Facebook, Amazon, Microsoft and Google. He has led the diversity and multicultural marketing initiative for Microsoft as the voice and an advocate for Latino opportunities. Before Microsoft, José performed brand management at Procter & Gamble. In his spare time, Jose plays electric guitar, reads psychology books, travels, and spends time with his loved ones.

Willy has provided consultancy for more than 25 years. He is CEO and founder of Maximize^® and is a registered mentor coach. He has established companies in Peru, Chile, Bolivia, Brazil, Uruguay and Germany, in the areas of advertising, marketing, food supplements, finance, coffee, education and technology. Willy has founded and contributed to a number of organizations including Fintech, associations, chambers of commerce, charities, churches, and a home-schooling platform — preparing high performance teams in different countries, with different backgrounds, and for different purposes to achieve goals with excellence.

Sundar is an executive and leadership coach with five years of coaching experience. ICF Professional Coaches is a membership association for trained, professional coach practitioners. The ICF Professional Coaches Board is a body of elected members who govern the affairs of the organization.

The ICF Professional Coaches Board of Directors is comprised of:

• No more than nine members, nominated based on competencies of exceptional Boards
• Three of these members hold the offices of Chair, Vice Chair and Treasurer
• The VP of ICF Professional Coaches, a staff role, who serves as an ex-officio, non-voting member of the Board
• The CEO of ICF serves as an ex-officio, non-voting member of the Board

Each Director serves a two-year term, with a maximum of two terms. The Chair is elected annually and can run for a second term.

The Nominating Committee will present at least one nominee for each vacant or expired seat on the Board, and all ICF Professional Coaches Members (formerly ICF Members) have a voice in the future of their organization and can vote.

Chair                                                                                                                                        Rosarii is a senior HR leader currently employed as the national director of People and Change at Ireland’s TUSLA Child and Family Agency. She is a passionate believer in maximizing organizational performance and engagement through promoting the benefits of a coaching culture. Rosarii is a chartered director, mediator, and executive and conflict coach.    She serves as board chair of Pobal, an organization that works on behalf of the Irish Government to support communities and local agencies toward achieving social inclusion and development.

Kevin is a multi-award-winning professional coach, mentor and business leader who is passionate about customer/employee experience and loyalty. A qualified computer applications professional with an executive MBA, she was a financial technology professional for 15 years before transitioning to coaching. Jurgita Micallef Kolosinskaite, PCC (Spain)
Jurgita is a seasoned leadership and executive coach. With 20 years of HR experience in international public (e.g., European Parliament) and private organizations around the world, she most recently was head of HR for EMEA in a global technology company. Jurgita holds a master’s degree in public administration and a post-graduate diploma in business administration. Driven by a higher purpose to serve and give back to society, Jurgita is a volunteer coach for the UN staff in Africa and a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment. 

Jihane Labib, MCC (UAE)                                                                                                Jihane is a multicultural executive coach. She integrates a diverse mindset with an inclusive coaching approach to empower corporate leaders and teams, enhance collaboration, and increase impact at a global level. She guides leaders and organizations to impact business performance and people growth collectively and reliably. Jihane holds an MBA and a master’s in governance and human resources. She has 12 years’ experience as a marketing director in multinationals and is the founder and director of Coachinglab Academy. Jihane is multilingual in Arabic, English, and French.    

Jass Malaney, PCC (Singapore)                                                                                          Jass is an award-winning executive leadership coach, keynote speaker, and neuroscience-based behavioral change enthusiast. For 20 years, she has coached high-potential leaders to elevate their leadership. Starting at the World Bank in strategic planning, her expertise lies in understanding cultural differences, global systems and business factors for success. She has held different positions across the ICF ecosystem, was a recipient of Singapore’s Prime Minister’s Award, has published the journal “Coaching Resource Guide,” and is working on the book Elevated Leadership. 

Kaveh Mir, MCC (United Kingdom)
Kaveh supports individuals, groups and teams in five areas: performance, well-being, engagement, leadership, and transition. Kaveh has coached senior executives from international organizations such as Deloitte, Amazon, HSBC, Novartis, Mars, Salesforce, Lego, CNN, Google, and Warner Bros. Kaveh’s methodology follows the foundational knowledge of coaching, including humanistic psychology, constructivism, linguistics, positive psychology, systemics and neuroscience.  Prior to his career in executive coaching 19 years ago, Kaveh held various senior executive roles. He is a tutor, group and individual mentor, and assessor at the Henley Business School.  

James Wetrich, PCC (USA)                                                                                              Jim has worked in the health care industry for 41 years, including in senior positions at Abbott Laboratories and Molnlycke Health Care. He is an adjunct instructor at the Texas Wesleyan University, and he has served on numerous boards and advisory boards in nonprofit and for-profit corporations. His extensive education includes master’s degrees in both business and health care administration, and a certificate in executive coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas.  Jim and his wife, Nancy, have two sons and a granddaughter.

She speaks English, French and Italian fluently, and she has a good knowledge of Spanish.

José is the former general manager for Universia Puerto Rico, a university collaboration project sponsored by Santander Bank. He has held multiple international corporate positions at Universia, earning him the distinction of “Dir Red,” from Santander, for his exceptional performance and contributions. His academic accolades include a doctorate in industrial-organizational psychology and a post-graduation in diplomacy and international relations. He now heads Just Tell & Done, his organizational mentoring and coaching company.

Pinar is a visionary and results-oriented technology executive with a proven track record of leading business transformation by leveraging technology and analytics. She currently leads the data and analytics transformation for Louis Dreyfus Company as the global head of data science and the chief data and analytics officer. Coming from an engineering background, Pinar has worked in consulting, consumer goods and agriculture, and she has a passion for generating value and growing people.

Melvin Smith, PhD (USA)
Melvin is a professor in the Department of Organizational Behavior and isfaculty director of executive education at the Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management. He is also chairman of the board of the Graduate School Alliance for Education in Coaching (GSAEC).  Melvin received his PhD in Organizational Behavior from the University of Pittsburgh. He is co-author (with Richard Boyatzis and Ellen Van Oosten) of the book, Helping People Change: Coaching with Compassion for Lifelong Learning and Growth (Harvard Business Review Press).

Woody is a clinical assistant professor of executive coaching at New York University, where he co-founded and now leads the Master of Science in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting (ECOC) program. He is author of The YOU Plan and has appeared on the Today Show and CNN among others. Prior to academia, Woody served as an HR consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting (PwC) and as a project manager for IBM Business Consulting Services.

ICF Chapters are led by local ICF Members. Volunteer opportunities vary among chapters but may include serving on a local Chapter board or committee or assisting with local public relations/marketing efforts.

The Chapter Regulatory Liaisons Network gathers input from all over the globe from volunteer Chapter representatives who monitor and discuss regulation issues impacting the coaching profession. Contact ICF Headquarters to volunteer.

ICF Global Communities of Practice (CPs) provide a virtual venue for coaches with a shared interest in a specific topic to advance their professional development; deepen their subject-matter expertise; and share best practices, emerging trends, tools and tips.

Each CP is steered by volunteer co-leaders who help facilitate the learning and organize the conversations, ideas, and trends that emerge from the group. CPs are designed to promote active participation from their members: Sharing and discussion is always encouraged.

Volunteer groups are meant to ensure more effective and efficient decision-making and ensure all ICF volunteer work is tied to the objectives of the Strategic Plan. The Board will create more task forces, panels, and focus groups, as specific needs arise.
